Secret of lasting happiness

Been reading a bit of Osho off-line :)

A few emails-

Be it the words OM or AUM or AAAH, they all have one thing in common, they have the root sound of God in them. Be it God, Allah, Buddha, Brahma, Shiva, Jehovah or any other name of God they all bring with them peace. Such vibrations allow the body and mind to disappear so that God can fill the void. This is why it's so important for us to meditate on these primordial sounds.

Then we can be at peace.
